The grapes used in Sauvignon Blanc Vlassides are grown in the vineyards owned by Vlassides Winery in Koloni and Karamanos. As a rule, the wine is made in August and bottled a few months later. The wine has the variety’s characteristic yellowy green colour, explosive aromas and a fruity character, and leaves a lemony aftertaste. Best served chilled and fresh at 10 to 12°C.
