This vintage of exclamation Cabernet Sauvignon showcases aromatics rooted in black cherry, blackberry jam, cook strawberry, gingersnaps, licorice, Juniper and Cedar, with subtle dark chocolate (70%) and vanilla. The pallet mirrors the nose, but with the focus on ripened blackberry and blueberry, with undertones of licorice and resinous oak. Mid pallet acidity integrates well with tanning profile, and primary fruit is pronounced after two years of barrel maturity.
