Slowly but steadily Cyprus wines have improved considerably during the last 10-15 years thanks to the painstaking efforts of the growers and the Cyprus government. Nowadays, Cyprus wines are featured in numerous wine magazines throughout the world and awarded with medals in international competitions. Indigenous grape varieties like: Maratheftico and Xynisteri have been rejuvenated; a new generation of growers have graduated with diplomas in viticulture and Oenology from reputable institutions of California, Montpellier and Adelaide; new boutique style wineries have been set up using state of the art equipment.
Our retail wine store based in Larnaca - Cyprus ‘The Oak-Tree Wine Cellar’ dating back to the late 50’s, has always been in the forefront for the promotion of Cyprus wines. Alongside wines from various regions of the world, our customers were always assured that in our store they could find the best wines Cyprus had to offer. Six years ago and trying to catch up with technology, those same Cyprus wines were made available for online-ordering thus expanding our clientele globally. Making one step further, today we undertake the logistics for the preparation of ‘assorted’ shipments of Cyprus wines at competitive prices to specialised Wine Stores across the world. We can undertake the preparation of ‘assorted’ shipments of Cyprus wines, anywhere in the world. Minimum order: pallet (300 – 600 bottles of 75cl)
The Pallets can be ready for collection from our warehouse or we can give you freight quotation for shipment to your nearest port.
Terms of Payment: 25% down payment upon placing the order. Balance payment, against Fax Copy Shipping documents: Invoice, Packaging list, Bill of Lading, T2L.
